ZetaCom facilitate the preparation, staffing, review and approval of all statutory and regulatory DoD 5000 series related acquisition documentation for government program offices.

ZetaCom personnel are well-versed in Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and the Integrated Defense Acquisition, Technology, Logistics Life Cycle Management Framework.

Subject Matter Experts

ZetaCom provides subject matter experts skilled in making decisions about investment mix and policy, matching investments to objectives, asset allocation for individuals and institutions, and balancing risk against performance. Our portfolio management competency is all about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the choice of debt vs. equity, domestic vs. international, growth vs. safety, and many other tradeoffs encountered in the attempt to maximize return at a given appetite for risk.

Our Portfolio Management (PM) is the centralized management of processes, methods, and technologies used by project managers and project/program management offices (PMOs) to analyze and collectively manage a group of current or proposed projects based on numerous key characteristics. Our objectives when executing our PM support is to determine the optimal resource mix for delivery and to schedule activities to best achieve our client organization’s operational and financial goals while honoring constraints imposed by customers, strategic objectives, or external real-world factors. PM is relevant for our client organizations with multiple projects and resources that require a formalized framework for tracking, allocating, and managing them effectively.

ZetaCom provides expertise to help guide our government clients’ organizations with compliance and reporting on Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements. Our consulting services and techniques enable government IT stakeholders to make better informed decisions with “apples-to-apples” comparisons and multiple levels of input, review, and approval across their IT portfolio with the use of ProSight’s portfolio management software, Primavera ProSight.
